Terms and Conditions

All purchases are accompanied by a certificate of authenticity and value, along with the biography of the artist, wherever possible. All items remain the property of Cata Tibori Fine Art Portfolio until paid for in full.

Shipping is a service that we are able to arrange on your behalf. We will arrange a quote for your approval in this regard prior to shipping. No items will be shipped until payment is received in full. The courier company used for shipping your package is a third-party company. Cata Tibori cannot be held responsible for any actions, losses, or delays on the part of the courier company.

Please note we will only reserve an artwork once confirmation of payment is received. Payment can be made by internet bank transfer via Stripe or PayPal, international SWIFT wire transfer.

Security Policy for Online Secure Card Payment – facilitated via Virtual Card Services (VCS):

1. Virtual Card Services process all online credit card transactions on behalf of Cata Tibori Fine Art via a secure payment gateway. All credit card transactions are 128 bit Secure Socket Layers (SSL) encrypted.
2. The company registration documents and the site’s registered domain name are checked and verified ensuring the cardholder and merchant that nobody can impersonate VCS to obtain confidential information.
3. Virtual Card Services is committed to providing secure online services. All encryption complies with international standards. Encryption is used to protect the transmission of personal information when completing online transactions. Virtual Card Services Internet servers are protected by firewalls and intrusion detection systems.
4. The Merchant does not have access to credit details.
   Virtual Card Services continually reviews and enhances its security in line with technological changes.
